Bank United - Park Tower

This 4,381 SF BankUnited workspace was thoughtfully transformed into a modern, collaborative environment designed for both efficiency and comfort. The layout includes 12 private offices, a 250 SF conference room, a mother’s room, and a dedicated data room, alongside an open office with 16 workstations.

The space features two collaboration areas and an open-concept break room, all enhanced by an open ceiling design with full LED lighting and 0–10V dimming controls. dHive partition walls were installed throughout the offices and conference room, creating a bright, open feel while maintaining privacy.

From framing to final finishes, every detail of this project was executed to bring a functional and forward-thinking workspace to life.
