We are mid construction an ultramodern luxury home located on St. Petersburg Island of Coquina Key, Florida. We are mid construction on this modern European home located in St. Petersburg, Florida. This home will have 4,428 living sq. ft with a total of 8,008 sq ft. Once completed, it will host 5 beds, 6 baths, a theater, pool, and 4-car garage. It also includes 4,000 sq. ft of outdoor decks and entertainment space.
